Nos ha encantado nuestras vacaciones en Zel Mallorca . Absolutamente todo en el hotel es espectacular, cuidan cada detalle , Destacaría : ubicación en primera línea de playa, desayuno variado y con productos de calidad , divino ! , los masajes del spa , el Restaurante Beso en el propio hotel, pero sobretodo destacaría la atención personalizada y el servicio de todo el personal del hotel , en especial a Lara, Lucia, Elisabet, Alesia , han sido encantadoras y nos ayudaron con recomendaciones y planes para hacer en la Isla, También destacaría que el hotel es Petfriendly , mi perrita estuvo muy a gusto por todo el hotel ☺️ gracias por los detalles para ella en la habitación. Volveremos seguro !

I enjoyed every bit of this hotel ! I would say it was well worth the money! The location was great most places were easy to walk to or take a taxi! Everyone was so nice and helpful! I traveled here alone and felt very safe! There was a few girls who remembered my name and alway greeted me! I enjoyed the scene … Music, food, beach, pool and room service of course!

Disfrutamos de una estancia increíble en el Zel Palmanova, un hotel con un encantador estilo mediterráneo que realmente te hace sentir en el corazón de la costa. El personal fue excepcionalmente amable y siempre atento a nuestras necesidades. La habitación era cómoda y bien equipada, perfecta para una escapada romántica. Además, la ubicación es ideal, a pocos pasos de la playa. Sin duda, volveremos.
