Bon dia, avui es la nostra ultima nit a Cabo verde, Ultima nit a l’hotel, estem tristos de marxar pero a la vegada contents, a estat una estada inmillorable. Tot ha estat genial. Tot i les resenyes no gaire bones les cuals no comparteixo per res, la nostre experiencia ha estat bonissima. A destacar, l’amabilitat del personal sempre amb un gran somriure tots i disposats a ajudar en tot moment. L’animacio un 10 I sobretot destacar la funcio de les senyores que netegen les habitacions, que sempre passen desapercebudes, i crec que tenen molt a veure en que l’hotel funcioni. La noia de la neteja de la nostre habitacio timida i discreta la Wylza, super neta i eficient, gracies en general a tot aquests gran equip! Habitacio 226 Mil gracies 💜😘 Un oasi de llibertat 💜

It was our 10th anniversary and wanted to have something special and daaaamn if it t wasn't! As we arrived we decided to not get the couch but get a taxi to our hotel, this way we may skip the queue. At arrival we have been welcomed by a team of people who took our luggage and stored it until we were ready to get to our room. The check in was quick and painless, (everyone speaks multiple languages included English) however our room wasn't ready yet, they apologised and offered us a courtesy room where we could refresh ourselves. That was a really nice touch, we embraced the "no stress" motto and after a lovely shower that made us feel human again, we decided to wait with a nice iced drink at the bar by the lobby. After about an hour we'd been advised that our room was ready. A lovely member of the staff, Yaya took care of us from day one until the last day and now we feel so privileged to call him friend. Every single request and needs has been accommodated in the best way it could have been done, the first few days my partner had a few panic attacks and upon asking if we could bring back the food to our room, they insisted in take it back for us, checking on him every time they see us. A special thank you to Yaya, who's been awesome, Lamin who helped my partner back to ou room, Venara who's always been lovely with us and every single member of the staff who contributed in making this holiday memorable. Estuve una semana alojado en una Junior Suite The Level vista mar. La habitación es enorme, de hecho a veces da la sensación de estar algo vacía porque es más grande de lo que necesitábamos. Contaba con un baño y un vestidor muy amplios. Bañera hidromasaje, cama cómoda y terraza amplia. Las instalaciones están muy bien, en alguna zona se ven un poco más desgastadas pero en general muy bien. Acceso directo a la playa con hamacas y sombrillas. Bus para desplazarte a Santa María gratuito a diario. Los restaurantes a la carta están muy bien (el que más me gustó fue el rancho y el aqua, el sahel (indio) no lo probamos). El buffet tiene mucha variedad pero sí que es cierto que eché en falta un poco más de calidad en sus alimentos (mejores carnes y embutidos por ejemplo). El personal es muy muy amable y sonriente y cuentan con mucho personal. Fue una semana de vacaciones que disfrutamos mucho.

A minha experiencia foi bastante agradável e o staff foi sempre muito simpático! O que posso apontar é para melhorarem o controle sob as espreguiçadeiras porque as pessoas abusam e as 6h da manhã ja há toalhas na espreguiçadeiras sem ninguém. A televisão do quarto tambem não funcionava mas nao fiz bigdeal porque uma pessoa esta de ferias ,mas se tem direito deveria funcionar . Os restaurantes são muito bons só é pena que quando cheguei já estavam todos reservados para jantar e só os pude frequentar na hora de almoço De Resto tudo impecavél e volto a frisar que o STAFF é mesmo incrivél!
