Committed to your safety

Offering you peace of mind and confidence during your stay is one of our top priorities. To ensure you can focus on just enjoying the destination you choose, we have created a free Meliá Safe Destination insurance policy in collaboration with Europ Assistance.

Any booking made on the melia.com, the Meliá APP or through the Meliá Contact Centre (in participating hotels) will automatically receive free insurance. This will give you access to assistance and extensive coverage if any unforeseen health event occurs, including Covid-19.

Our hotels have also been transformed to guarantee customer safety through the Stay Safe with Meliá programme, endorsed by Bureau Veritas, specialists in the certification of hygiene, disinfection and quality standards in operational processes.
