Embark on a fascinating culinary journey in a place where the waters of the Atlantic and Mediterranean meet and intermingle. The Alevante Restaurant is an original proposal from the Michelin-starred chef Ángel Léon. A tribute to the sea through his most alluring dishes.
DUNA BEACH CLUB
From May to October, the beach also becomes a lively meeting point offering typical local flavours. Combine them with great music, a gentle sea breeze and awesome sunsets. An inimitable setting in which to enjoy long after-dinner conversations.
And don't miss the original pop-up concept “Neptuno by Ángel León” that the Gran Meliá Sancti Petri reserves for the summer nights. Our exclusive beach bar gives you a chance to enjoy the spectacular menu prepared by the Chef of the Sea on the beach. An informal foodie proposal that’s lots of fun, combining contemporary seafood cuisine - prawns and pickles in green garlic cream or smoked marinated mackerel - with dishes designed to be shared such as fried prawn, egg and bacon saam.
"Neptuno by Ángel León ”is open for dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday until September 8. Dates subject to change depending on the weather.
At Aqua, the spectacular views of the Atlantic are another ingredient in the dining experience. Savour magnificent rice dishes at midday and discover the amazing salt-baked fish in the evening accompanied by an interesting wine list. All of its mostly Mediterranean dishes reveal a deep respect for the finest ingredients, a commitment to local products and honest culinary techniques. In summer, the barbecue dinners are magical events.

DON FERNANDO LOUNGE & DISCOVERY CENTER
The menu in this elegant but welcoming restaurant features a traditional selection of meat and fish dishes in addition to a great choice of wines. In summer, the exquisite tapas are a magnificent example of miniature haute cuisine. In the evening guests can enjoy a wide range of signature cocktails and premium-brand drinks.
A wonderful space by the pool with an appetising choice of fresh fruit juice, smoothies and original snacks. The white sunshades, sparkling green gardens and blue sky create a contrast of colours that inspires a joy of life.
