Bellissimo albergo raffinato con personale professionale e gentile, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Camere e bagni spaziosi. Unico neo è la spa e la zona per l'attività fisica: gli spazi sono molto risicati. È indubbio che Genova sia una città difficile per la costruzione di alberghi che vogliono offrire tanti servizi con zone ampie, data la situazione morfologica, quindi direi che è più che giustificato.

This is a gorgeous hotel with pristinely clean rooms that fully blackout to make for great sleep. The above mentioned would be the second best thing about this hotel. The service here is incredible. Both Gianluca and Lorenzo specifically and their supporting staff two gentleman who helped me with my car were incredible. I had issues that were none of there problems at all. This team went out of there way to make sure I was able to handle these issues and they never appeared to feel inconvenienced. This takes a special group of people. When I return to Genoa this hotel is the only option I would consider.

L'accueil, le service, la literie, le petit déjeuner, tout est là. Si l'emplacement n'est pas front de mer, il est à 10 minutes de marche tranquille et surtout dans une rue très calme. Le spa est très agréable, limité à 6 personnes par tranches d'une heure.
