Llegamos el dia 1 de febrero con un poco de inquietud porque era el dia de la apertura tras la reforma que han hecho. Menos mal que no cambiamos el hotel y confiamos en que todo estuviese bien. Fuimos con 3 niños y nuestra experiencia ha sido maravillosa. La comida es espectacular, para ser un todo incluido tiene una calidad de restaurante de lujo, en todos los restaurantes, nuestro favorito el Kanna Beach (sólo comentar que las croquetas del restaurante español "Peseta" no son croquetas, son bolas de patata). El personal es excepcional, siempre intentando ayudar con una sonrisa. Mención especial a "Pequeño Saltamontes" y a los dos chicos que nos llevaron a la excursión de Ulluwatu y a los templos de Tanah lot y Taman Ayun, desgraciadamente no recuerdo sus nombres, pero nos hicieron pasar unas experiencias estupendas. También al chico que estaba en el club de adolescentes, cuido a nuestros hijos de una forma excepcional hasta jugando con ellos al Uno y al Bowling. Luckily, we didn't change hotels and trusted that everything would be fine. We went with three children, and our experience was wonderful. The food is spectacular; for an all-inclusive resort, it's of luxury restaurant quality. Our favorite was Kanna Beach (just a heads-up that the croquettes at the Spanish restaurant "Peseta" aren't croquettes, they're potato balls). The staff is exceptional, always trying to help with a smile. Special mention to "Little Grasshopper" and the two guys who took us on the excursion to Ulluwatu and the temples of Tanah Lot and Taman Ayun. Unfortunately, I don't remember their names, but they made our experience fantastic. Also, the guy who was in the teen club looked after our children exceptionally well, even playing Uno and bowling with them. Amazing Hotel & really Family Friendly. The staff are so helpful and the restaurants are world class.

This place is beautifull. All the staff is great, specially The Shack Restaurant their staff is vert helpfull: Sri, Febi, Latri, Sayu, Indra and Niti.. The food is good and a lot!!

We are having the most amazing experience. Yes the hotel is amazing but it's the local people that make the time hear wonderful. They are so friendly and accommodating that we don't want to leave.The service has been second to none. I would like to say a big thank you to Guseka and his colleges for their brilliant service and willingness to help. A beautiful culture and beautiful people.
