Meetings and Events

Paradisus Varadero specialises in business and leisure groups, events, meetings, congresses and incentives, and provides 6 event rooms, 2 of them highly versatile. With 625m2  of event space for up to 519 people simultaneously, the convention centre is ideal for events for 10 to 300 people.

The event space is in two Convention Areas (standard floor and The Reserve floor), both with a hall, spaces for coffee breaks and a business centre. It also provides alternative locations for events such as terraces, gardens, the pool and beach.

Experienced, friendly and professional staff help organise and coordinate any type of event in the hotel, either directly or through the Meliá Cuba Meetings & Events team. The groups and events coordinator can help with audiovisual services, catering and banquets, as well as music and entertainment, decoration and added values and services for beach parties and dinners for groups.
