Fizemos um evento de Planejamento Estratégico com a equipe do Herik no Meliá Tatuapé. Fomos extremamente bem recebidos, acompanhados e bem orientados durante todo o evento. Chegamos com antecedência para preparar a sala, fomos recebidos com toda a pontualidade necessária, e todos os equipamentos e sala foram montados e testados com um dia de antecedência. A comida (coffee break e almoço) foi muito elogiada por todos e esteve disponível nos momentos combinados.

Um lugar fantástico e, na minha opinião, no melhor ponto do Tatuapé. Ruas largas e arborizadas. Hotel estilo 5 estrelas, com serviço de quarto, com meia pensão com comidas fantástica desde o café da manhã até às comidas (almoço ou janta). Atendimento de primeira com ar condicionado funcionando em todos os quartos. Não tem ventilador. A cobertura com piscina aquecida, com uma visão fantástica do bairro. As diárias bem em conto pelo que o hotel oferece. Vale a pena cada centavo.

Fiquei hospedada em agosto 2024, quartos limpos, café da manhã delicioso e boa localização. Estava junto da minha noiva que é americana e o staff se dirigiu a ela falando inglês, o que achei muito atencioso da parte deles. Únicos poréns é o ar condicionado que é um pouco barulhento, a piscina é pequena e a água quente no meu quarto não funcionava muito bem, mas fora isso se tornou o hotel que sempre voltaríamos em são Paulo
