Generally, this hotel is absolutely fantastic. Ranging from fantastic restaurants and bars from different cuisines, however drinks are a little pricey in the evening! The activities to do at the hotel is endless, always something exciting to do and especially for children such as Paddleboarding on the infinity pool, water carpets, water bridges and many others for adults too. The evening concert too! The rooms are good, with all the essential amenities and fantastic attention to detail on certain aspects of the rooms. However, places such as the bedboard, doors, wardrobe were showing there use too much as there were large chunks missing or scrapes. Furthermore everywhere was spotless, especially the bathroom. Words cannot describe how relaxing the shower was! The hotel grounds and pools are just so well kept and stunning ranging from exclusive scenery and huge pools! It was a fantastic experience and I will be returning again soon!

Beautiful, relaxing and quiet. Our favourite hotel in the Canary Islands (out of 10+ we've been to) and the only one we'll be actively looking at visiting next year. The location was very well maintained, beautiful and easy to get around. The amount of activities for kids of all ages was wonderful. Particular shout-out to Luciana and the "mini club" for creating an environment our kids actively wanted to visit each day (normally they need a little more encouragement).

Pasamos 3 noches, desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa, tanto el trato de la recepcion principal como todo el equipo de restaurantes y bares hicieron que estuviéramos de 10! Volveremos

풀장이 일단 너무 좋았습니다. 부페 음식도 퀄리티가 훌륭하고, 매일 컨셉이 바뀝니다. 다음에 또 테네리페를 올 기회가 있다면 다시 오고 싶습니다. 방 컨디션으로 뭐라하는 리뷰를 봤는데 저는 괜찮았습니다.
