Nuestra estancia en el Meliá Palacio de Isora ha sido, sin duda, la mejor que hemos tenido en Canarias y dentro de la cadena Meliá. Somos clientes Meliá Platinum y conocemos bien sus hoteles, pero este destaca por encima de todos. Queremos mencionar especialmente a Enrique, de Guest Experience, que ha sido clave para que nuestras vacaciones fueran realmente inolvidables. Su profesionalidad, cercanía y atención al detalle marcaron la diferencia desde el primer momento. Se anticipó a nuestras necesidades, nos ayudó en todo lo que le pedimos y siempre con una amabilidad excepcional. Da gusto encontrarse con personas así, que elevan la experiencia a otro nivel. A place I definitely recommend. At Oasis restaurant we always feel right at home: the food is delicious, beautifully presented, and great value for money. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service truly makes the difference. You can really see the care and professionalism of the whole team, especially Erika, Bea, and Javi, who are always attentive to every detail to make the experience perfect. It’s a pleasure to find places like this! We’ll definitely be back 😊

Wir hatten Anfang Februar 2026 einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem großartigen Hotel. Hier hat einfach alles gestimmt. Von der unglaublichen Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden über die tollen Zimmer, den Level-Bereich - einfach großartig. So fühlt man sich als Melia-Rewards-Platinum-Member wertgeschätzt. Einzig die Preise auf der Plaza Atlantica am Abend sind für mein Gefühl deutlich zu hoch. Das Restaurant Duo war ebenfalls sehr anständig und die Kellner waren super.
