Honestly could not ask for better. We have just returned from a 3 night stay. When we checked in we upgraded to a room with “The Level” package. Such a good idea! The room was lovely and clean and well laid out. The bathroom idea did concern me but the toilet is separate so it’s absolutely fine and actually a really good idea! The staff were all really lovely, the girl who checked us in, Esmerelda, was beyond helpful and really got the holiday off to a good start! The Level really is worth it, having access to snacks is a very good idea and the ambience is very calming! Would highly recommend, will definitely be coming back! ¡Gracias!

Meiner Meinung nach sehr gute Lage. Stadt fußläufig in ca 30 min erreichbar. Strand ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Frühstück war gut. Ein tolles Gym! Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe, aber werden schon langsam etwas renovierungsbedürftig.

Un gimnasio completo y un spa que no disfruté pero que tenía una pinta excelente. Bien ubicado, con supermercados cerca, restaurantes, y el barrio de Santa Catalina a 10 minutos caminado. Ein sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit super freundlichen Personal. Beim Frühstück bekommt man alles, was man braucht. Und von dem Hotel aus kann man die Stadt in 25 Minuten Fuß läufig erreichen. Falls man nicht laufen möchte, gibt es direkt an dem Hotel eine Bushaltestelle.

Wir haben mit der "Level" Option gebucht, was optimal war, ruhigeres Frühstück, dies auch sehr lecker und abends nettes beisammensitzen mit toller Aussicht. Im Zimmer sogar Bügeleisen- und Brett.
