Lo mejor de todo para mí, ha sido la atención recibida por Alejandro E. Atención exquisita, te ayuda para cualquier problema, calidad humana insuperable, te hace sentir especial, estuvo atento a todo lo que necesitaba dentro del Hotel y fuera de él. Me siento afortunada por haber podido conocer a Alejandro. Hotel muy céntrico y perfecto para disfrutar del encanto de Madrid, tanto desde su terraza, como de su entorno.

We had a great stay here. Our initial room was a connecting room that was a bit noisy and we informed reception they immediately changed the room for us. As members we were offered glasses of cava on the rooftop which is a really lovely and welcoming touch. The bathroom with the shower is very nice with great water pressure, our second room was nice and quiet. All in all it was a great stay. Amazing staff! Thank you everyone at Me Melia
