well, that went downhill quick. 3rd time coming here, wont be back. my previous 2 visit reviews were amazing for this place, i'm sad to stay this 1 wont be ! so, food always cold, fish and pasta every night, pool bar staff will serve all spanish customers before english, cockroaches in the corridors of the smaller block we stayed (when mentioned to reception, pretty much just laughed it off with a joke about 'nice with salsa) cockroaches in the toilet next to main restaurant, gift shop staff smacked grandaughters (8yrs) hand for touching dolls in shop, 2 or 3 nights the entertainment team put on a show it was excellent the other nights are shows put on by outsiders (only in spanish), air-con is hit and miss (luke warm most of time), people sitting in childrens entrance to pool drinking alcohol and shouting/swearing (we asked them to keep it down and was told to move if we dont like it ! pool staff did/said nothing, probly scared of them as was a large group). the money we paid for this holiday is way to much for what the hotel and standards have become, since previous vists. so, to re-cap. if you like cold pasta, aggresive staff, cockroaches, shouting and swearing, no air-con (in august) and blatant rasicsm from staff. this is the place for you ! defo not what we are used to at this hotel. 1st 2 holidays here, were outstanding, defo got the feeling brits are not welcome, but our money is..

Como siempre, decir que hemos pasado unos días extraordinarios. Siempre nos vamos con ganas de volver y así hacemos. No puedo decir nada más que cosas buenas, habitaciones amplias, instalaciones grandes y bonitas vistas. Comida buena y con bastante variedad, aunque se acabe la comida siempre están reponiendo, está vez había mucha gente en el hotel, pero aún así no faltaba comida. Pero el punto fuerte que yo diría de este hotel, es el personal que trabaja allí, son fantásticos!!! Me gustaría hacer mención a varios de ellos, ya que siempre nos recibís con mucho cariño y eso hace que nos sintamos como en casa. Empezando por Aitana, la guest manager, Dani y Pozo, del lobby bar. Del restaurante parole, Ana Mari, Toñi, Sonia, Angel y Camacho y por supuesto a los chicos de animación, Antonio, Raúl, Sara, Pablo V, Pablo, Parra y Cristina. Gracias a todos chicos!!! Hemos disfrutado mucho de Halloween con vosotros. M. Mayo

Inmejorable atención ubicación trato con el cliente comida calidad trato personal cercano y familiar, Marijose es una persona especial y una profesional como ya no queda nos hace estar como en casa y el equipo de animación con Antonio a los mandos con Raúl , Parra ,Pablo, Sara que decir son como mi propia familia siempre atentos siempre una sonrisa, vacaciones espectaculares.

Todo espectacular como es habitual en los Meliá. La comida de restaurante de lujo y la atención sin igual . Ahora bien tengo que destacar la atención , amabilidad y simpatía de Rosa del restaurante _Canalla_ donde íbamos a merendar. Pero sin duda hay que hacer una mención especial a Sara y Elena del equipo de animación . ESPECTACULAR esas chicas !, lo dan todo en cualquier cosa que hacen y rebosan simpatía y amabilidad , increíbles GRACIAS por todo !
