Staying at the Melia has been an absolutely fantastic experience for me and the family in Chiang Mai. Special mention to all staff who made the experience special for us. The guys at the Concierge desk and front door who were pre-emptive in assisting our every need from laundry, restaurant recommendations and booking. Check-in was also seamless with the staff selecting the corner room for us which was larger for our family. The extra special touches like cake in the room for my wife's birthday. You are setting the bar high for hotel standards. The buffet breakfast was also of exceptional quality. We particularly enjoyed the farm fresh salad bar. The only thing out of your control was the loud music coming from next door until very late at night for a few nights in a row. Luckily we were all heavy sleepers so this didn't impact us too badly. 고민하고 계신다면 무조건 예약하세요! 치앙마이 도심 복판에 깨끗하고 제대로 된 호캉스를 즐길 수 있는 5성급 호텔입니다.. 더레벨로 예약해서 라운지에 갈일이 많았는데 거기에 계셨던 남자분(Ahn Hanuel)이 한국어를 정말 잘하시고 너무너무 친절하세요!! 도움 받을게 있어서 물어보면 이분이 척척 해주시고, 물어보지 않아도 챙겨주셨어요 원래 이런 후기 잘 안쓰는데 너무 만족하고 좋았던 기억밖에 없어서 많은 한국분들이 가셨으면 좋겠는 마음에 쓰는 후기에요!! 주변에 야시장도 있고 올드타운, 님만 모두 택시로 편하게 이동 가능합니다.. 무엇보다 시설 너무 쾌적하고 깔끔하고요.. 샤워 필터기만 챙겨가세요!! 다음에 치앙마이를 다시 온다면 꼭 예약하고 싶은 호텔이에요! (더레벨 프리미엄으로 예약하세요 다들!!) 마법때문에 수영장은 이용 못하고 썬베드에만 앉아있었던게 아쉬워요 ㅠㅠ

The staff are very friendly and nice. The kids club is good. My child said his best memory of Chiang Mai was learning Thai boxing here. We want to stay again next time. I highly recommend this hotel.
