Pros: Great location. Great selection for the buffet. Amazing gym. Amazing service and hospitality from the staff! We were especially impressed by the concierge who helped us during our check out (20 May, around 7 AM). Our room was with a spectacular view of Hue, and the shower is great. Cons: Underneath the beds is a bit dirty - we found slippers from previous guests there. If there's an event next door (I.e. Vincom), you can hear it all from your room. Luckily the event ended early enough for us to sleep.

Notre hotel préféré au Vietnam. - Le check-in arrangeant, nous arrivions de Ninh Binh en train couchette et nous sommes arrivés à l'hotel vers 10h. On a pu profiter de la piscine en attendant que notre chambre soit prête a 11h30 - La situation en plein centre ville mais sans nuisances sonores - La chambre est belle, spacieuse et propre avec vue sur la circulation (cela nous a amusés de regarder la circulation avec cette densité de scooters, c'est tellement différent de chez nous) - Le très grand lit est très confortable - La piscine est belle avec une vue panoramique sur la ville - Le petit déjeuner buffet est exceptionnel avec un large choix de mets goûteux (le seul hôtel qu'on ait fait à proposer des banh mi) - Le staff très accueillant et serviable Point à améliorer : plus de vigilance sur la propreté notamment à l'étage piscine Quand nous y sommes allés, les toilettes côté hommes n'étaient pas du tout propres. Heureusement moins de 30 minutes après, on a vu un agent de propreté passer.

Great stay, just for a night. Only improvement I'd make is labelling breakfast food with common allergens and at least as vegetarian/not. Staff are very helpful but it'd be an easier experience if it was labelled with the dish names
