JMB is the loyalty programme at JAL (Japan Airlines). It offers members the chance to earn miles on flights as well as services with other companies associated with the programme.

Meliá Hotels International participates in the programme by offering an opportunity for its members to earn miles every time they stay in our hotels.

Earning JMB miles in hotels of Meliá Hotels International

To earn miles with your JMB card in hotels of Meliá Hotels International, simply present your card during check-in or check-out in any of the hotels that participate in the programme. You will earn JMB miles on the basis that:

- The rates for tour operators, groups, air crews and hotel voucher schemes do not earn JMB miles.
- The JMB cardholder must be the person staying at the hotel, although the bill may be charged to another name.
- JMB miles can only be earned on the room occupied by the cardholder or on rooms occupied by the cardholder’s children if they are under 18 years of age.
- If two cardholders share the same room, only one can earn JMB miles.
- JMB miles cannot be earned in combination with other loyalty programmes.
