Miles & More is the loyalty programme at the following airlines: Lufthansa, Adria Airways, Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Croatia Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines, Luxair and SWISS. It offers members the chance to earn miles on flights with these as well as other companies associated with the programme.

Meliá Hotels International participates in the programme by offering an opportunity for its members to earn and redeem miles every time they stay in our hotels.

Earning Miles & More award miles in hotels of Meliá Hotels International

To earn award miles with your Miles & More card in Meliá Hotels International, simply present your card during check-in or check-out in any of the hotels that participate in the programme. You will earn Miles & More award miles on the basis that:

- The rates for tour operators, groups, air crews and hotel voucher schemes do not earn Miles & More award miles.
- The Miles & More member must be the person staying at the hotel, although the bill may be charged to another name.
- Miles & More award miles can only be earned on the room occupied by the member or on rooms occupied by the cardholder’s children if they are under 18 years of age.
- If two members share the same room, only one can earn Miles & More award miles.
- Miles & More award miles cannot be earned in combination with other loyalty programmes.

- Point redemption provides accommodation only in a double room with the corresponding VAT (or equivalent tax), with the exception of All Inclusive Paradisus Resorts.
- All extras, 3rd person supplement, children etc, will be charged for directly to the guest. These charges will not be eligible for earning points.
- Cancellation policy: if you cancel 24 hours before arrival or do not arrive at the hotel on the expected arrival date, 1 night of Miles & More points will be charged as a cancellation fee.
