Gastronomic Experiences
Cucina Asellina
- Description: Cucina Asellina has a nostalgic memory of a simple kitchen and a design that will allow people to feel comfortable at lunch or dinner. The aesthetic takes inspiration from the essential elements in building (stone, brick, metal, concrete and wood) and juxtaposes those with the equivalent simple ingredients used in Italian cooking to create an approachable rustic Italian restaurant. Designed by Foster & Partners, Cucina Asellina mirrors sister venue, Ristorante Asellina in New York City, with its rich terra cotta walls, blackened metal lighting frames surrounding high top tables, and an earthy polished concrete floor. Copper lights fill the, 90-person space with a warm glow, highlighting the raw white oak slats that pattern the ceiling. Intimately quartered high top tables, bar seating and banquettes encourage interaction and harness the energy of the South.
- Cuisine: Cucina Asellina features an elemental menu focused on flatbreads from a wood-burning oven. Simple, rustic Italian flavors are brought to life through inventive dishes such as these flatbreads, pastas and cheeses. Cucina Asellina will offer signature dishes such as Wild Mushroom Flatbread with Fontina cheese; Old-Fashioned Square Spaghetti with pomodoro and fresh basil; and Saffron Strozzapreti pasta with shrimp, zucchini and brandy sauce. Featured cocktails include: the Famosa - Ketel Citron, canton, triple sec, white cranberry; the Delicata - Bombay, Lillet Blanc, St. Germain; and Italian Sangria La Bianca – Absolute Pear, lime, white cranberry juice, lemon, Moscato D’asti.

STK London
- Description: Created by ICrave Studios out of New York, STK artfully blends two concepts into one – the modern steakhouse and a chic lounge. STK London contains the restaurant’s signature DNA – plaster cast horns, curvilinear black platform seats and a palette of black gloss and cream. A large central bar lounge surrounded by an elevated dining room for more formal dining. Theatrical lights illuminate each table and smokey mirrors allows patrons to catch a glimpse of the surroundings. A DJ creates an energetic vibe throughout the entire space.
- Cuisine: Steak is the main attraction. STK features small, medium and large cuts of meat as well as naturally raised options and market fish entrees. STK London has private dining that seats 16 guests. The main floor can hold 240 guests for cocktail receptions. Aside from steak, signature dishes include Parmesan Truffle Friles, Lil’ BRGs, Shrimp Rice Krispies, Sweet Corn Pudding and Jumbo Lump Crab Salad.

Radio Rooftop Bar
- Description: Take the trip to Radio at the ME London; located on the 10th floor, accessible via a dedicated express lift, Radio is the only rooftop bar, lounge & terrace in the Strand & Aldwych area to be open throughout the day till late. With the cloud skimming views spanning from the heights of the City, Tower Bridge, Shard London Bridge, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Tate Modern, Somerset House, Southbank, London Eye, Houses of Parliament, and the theatre district of Covent Garden, the rooftop bar at ME London brings lounging and social indulgence to a new height.

- Highlights: Indoor and outdoor space with panoramic views over London’s key landmarks from the 10th Floor.
- Note: On the last Thursday of the month Radio rooftop bar, Lounge & Terrace at ME London hosts Frequency, London's premium cocktail party. Each "Frequency" showcases cocktails, finger foods and great live DJ music from local, national and international music talent.

Marconi Lounge
- Gracing the ME London hotel lobby is the Marconi Lounge Bar; named after Guglielmo Marconi, the inventor of the radio, as the hotels footprint is the original Marconi House.
- Serving fresh coffees, flavoured and herbal teas, juices, smoothies, handmade pastries, cookies and afternoon tea throughout the day; the perfect refreshment to any meeting with complimentary magazines and daily international newspapers.

- Situated on the 1st floor guests checking into the hotel can enjoy a complimentary welcome drink ranging from a range of juices, wines to a glass of perfectly chilled Champagne, encapsulated within a cathedral like atrium with skylight over 80 foot high.
