“Great location, short walk to beach and shops / restaurants. Set at the quiet end of Magaluf, no noise or trouble. Nice pool with sun / shade and plenty of loungers. Very helpful staff on reception and superb room cleaners. Wonderful restaurant with vast choice for both breakfast and dinner. Rooms okay with fridge, tv, safe and storage. Balcony offers sea view and pool view. Third visit, always first week in September, and booked for next year (2027).”See more reviews

“Excelente opción familiar con pequeños detalles a mejorar Hemos tenido una estancia muy buena en el Hotel Sol Guadalupe. En general, es un hotel totalmente recomendable y pensado para ir en familia. Lo mejor de la experiencia: * Instalaciones y zonas comunes: La recepción es impecable, muy amplia y cómoda, con sofás y camas balinesas. Un gran acierto tener baños abajo cerca de la piscina para evitar subir a la habitación. * Piscina y entretenimiento: La piscina es superamplia y con muchísimo espacio para los niños. Tienen actividades acuáticas para todas las edades durante el día y espectáculos nocturnos enfocados a los más pequeños. El bar de la piscina está genial y sirve de todo. * Atención al cliente (Mención especial): Queremos resaltar la labor de Abdú, un trabajador increíble. Muy amable, superatento y siempre con una sonrisa. Se notaba cómo dejaba lo que estaba haciendo para ayudar, tanto a nosotros como a otros huéspedes. Le deseamos lo mejor, ¡que siga siendo tan buen profesional y buena persona! * Habitaciones y vistas: Espaciosas, bien equipadas (tele, terraza, nevera, armarios) y orientadas a la piscina con vistas hacia la playa y el paseo marítimo de Magaluf. * Restaurante: Comedor muy amplio y con gran capacidad. Puntos a mejorar: * Horario de la piscina: Cierra a las 19:00. En pleno agosto, cuando aún hay mucho sol, se agradecería que ampliaran el horario un poco más para aprovechar la tarde. * Horario de la cena (18:30 a 21:30): Está muy enfocado al turismo extranjero y resulta incómodo para el público nacional. Cenar tan temprano obliga a recogerse de la playa justo cuando mejor se está (a partir de las 18:30 el sol afloja) y a cenar casi sin hambre. * Detalle del baño: Se echa en falta un bidé en la habitación. “El personal de recepción no se esforzó por adelantar un poco el checking y que la habitación estuviera disponible antes aunque avisamos desde la primera h de la mañana. La caja fuerte no funcionaba al acceder a la habitscio estaba baja de bateria. El colchón de la habitación no era de muy buena calidad y las vistas eran malas. En contrapunto el buffet era muy bueno aunque eché en falta la piña en la cena. Las instalaciones son muy modernas y la ducha y habitaciones están reformadas a nivel suficiemte para un 4 estrellas sin llegar a la parte top pero si a nivel 5/10. Seria deseable un cambio urgente de colchón almohadas. ²232p1onsidero muy importante que el buffet sea de calidad de ahí mi valoración positiva”See more reviews
