  • DESCRIPTION: Splendid breakfast buffet with great choice of cakes and pastries, freshly cut and prepared seasonal fruit, lactose station with yoghurts, selection of cold meats and cheeses, smoked fish, Madrid station (with typical Madrid pastries including churros) hot zone with rice, croquets, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, grilled vegetables, Spanish omelette, sausages. Bread station, variety of different olive oils, cereals, dried fruit and nuts, fruit in syrup, different juices, drinks station (soy drinks, skimmed milk, whole fat milk, sparkling water, still water, red wine, white wine, cava). Our chef offers simple and recognizable dishes which are immaculately prepared with delightful creativity in presentation and garnishes. Their specialities include five varieties of rice dishes (with fresh vegetables; a banda; with prawns and squid; risotto with lobster and asparagus, with chicken and seafood) and traditional dishes such as tres vuelcos cocido on Wednesdays and its now sacred beef Villagodio with shallots and potato soufflé with Bearnaise sauce
  • HIGHLIGHTS: Set menu of the day with different dishes to choose from (4 starters, 4 main dishes, drink and dessert). As well as its menu, the restaurant regularly organises cookery workshops with the most exclusive seasonal products
