ESCORIAL BREAKFAST ROOM
- DESCRIPCTION: Wonderful breakfast buffet with extensive choice of cakes and pastries, fresh fruit (cut and prepared), cold meats, cheese, smoked salmon, hot station serving eggs as you like them, bacon, churros, grilled vegetables, Spanish omelette, sausages, bread station, variety of different types of olive oil, cereals, yoghurts, dried fruit, fruit in syrup, different juices, liquid station (soy drink, skimmed milk, full fat milk, sparkling water, still water, red wine, white wine, cava). We also have a coffee and tea station.

- DESCRIPTION:A la carte restaurant based on traditional Mediterranean cuisine and our own specialties (chef’s salad, homemade croquets, foie and duck “marble” with Pedro Jimenez sherry gel, noodles made from squid ink, calamari with lobster and asparagus, salmon tartar with guacamole, cubes of bream with tomato and sage compote, candied cod with salmorejo, grilled ham with potato shavings, steak tartar with homemade bread …)
