The restaurant and the bars at the ME Madrid are spaces open for guests, locals and visitors to the city. The dishes combine the innovation of haute cuisine with the freshness of the surroundings, attracting trendsetters and people curious about discovering a new place they can make their own.
ME RESTAURANT
- DESCRIPTION: Destined to attract the most modern and most curious, thanks to a seductive combination of international cuisine and dazzling atmosphere. The kitchen is open-plan and flanked on both sides by a spectacular glossy black screen which never fails to catch the eye of the curious diner
- TYPE OF CUISINE: Mediterranean with international influences and special touches from our chef
- HIGHLIGHTS: From the extensive menu you can enjoy Sushi Maki with melon and ham; creamy croquets (ham and romesco sauce, wild mushroom and truffle, goats’ cheese and forest fruits); foie balls with herby bread crumble; cod risotto, soy beans and soft shell crab; a tribute to the American beef burger; beef tenderloin with “broken” potatoes and Hollandaise sauce; dessert trolley prepared by our prestigious pastry chef

- DESCRIPTION: Located in the centre of the restaurant, with luxurious finishes and eclectic and modern furnishings, it is the focus of attention and the perfect place for a night out. The bronze leather armchairs stand out against the provocative black glassed columns. The windows are illuminated by large hanging balloons radiating a warm amber tone to the interior and attracting the attention of passers-by
