We booked Melia Vendome through Costco travel for our five night stay in Paris. The hotel is surrounded by designer and high end stores but restaurants and cafes are just a quick walk around the corner. The rooms could use some TLC (especially the stained carpets), but we understand it is a historic building. What stood out to us the most was the breakfast buffet and service, particularly from Johanna. She greeted us every morning with a smile and went above and beyond helping us. The food was great and the chef made fresh/made to order omelettes. Johanna also helped us arrange a breakfast to go for our early trip to the airport.

Modern, stylish hotel in central location. Very convenient for many of the big attractions and shopping. Great breakfast selection. Very friendly helpful staff. Special mention for Johanna in breakfast room who was particularly helpful.
