“The Good: The hotel has great facilities, lovely pools, comfortable rooms, and a very good food selection. The location is ideal, close to the airport, just a short walk to the beach, and convenient for trips into both Torremolinos and Málaga. Areas for Improvement: Customer service throughout our stay was subpar and felt like the bare minimum. Upon arrival, our room hadn't been properly prepped (there was a used spoon, no hand soap, and no bag in the trash bin). When reporting this at the front desk, the staff member walked away mid-sentence to pick up a phone, and we felt like we were interrupting just trying to get the basics sorted. At dinner, you cannot get drinks yourself, but the restaurant staff appeared clearly overworked and stressed, meaning we repeatedly had to flag someone down just to get water or drinks. A really nice property with great potential, but management needs to address staffing levels and basic front-of-house communication.”See more reviews

“Cela fait maintenant 18 ans que je passe mes vacances dans l'Hôtel Sol Principe, et c'est toujours un plaisir d'y retourner. Tout est parfait, déjà à partir de l'arrivée sur le parking, un grand parking avec des places assez larges, parking fermé et sécurisé. Quand on entre dans l'Hôtel, on est toute de suite accueillie par "la famille", car oui, après toutes ces années, c'est devenu une visite à ma famille. L'accueil par les employés du "Guest Expérience" est exceptionnel. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe, en particulier Nuria et Pablo, sans oublier les 2 apprenties, Laura et Valeria, qui font un travail parfait, à l'écoute, sympathiques, une grande disponibilité, j'espère les revoir dans les prochaines années, au Sol Principe ou dans un autre Hôtel du groupe Melia. J'en profite également à remercier la nouvelle directrice Tamara et Estéban, et l'équipe de la réception, en particulier Alba. La chambre, ou dois-je dire "ma chambre", du fait que j'ai à chaque fois là même, et ceci depuis des longues années, est parfaite, dernière étage, vue sur la mer, la plage, Malaga, vue sur le lever de soleil chaque matin, quoi demander de plus. Merci à Nuria qui fait un travail magnifique pour le nettoyage des chambres chaque jour. Le restaurant, là il faut savoir choisir les heures les plus calmes pour manger avec un peu plus de tranquillité. Le buffet est varié et laisse un choix pour chacun et chacune. Si c'est bruyant, ceci n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel, mais des clients qui souvent se croient dans leur propre salle à manger, mais ça c'est le même problème dans tous les hôtels de ce niveau. Le personnel fait un travail énorme pour s'occuper d'une telle quantité de clients, et (presque) toujours avec le sourire. Après je donne 5°°°°° pour l'équipe des bars, j'admire leur énergie, leur sourire, même dans des moments de super stress. La liste est trop longue pour les nommer toutes et tous, mais un grand merci aux équipes de Pedro Bonilla, de Pedro Gallan et de Manuel, alias Mawi, (et également à ceux et celles qui s'occupent des minibars dans les chambres). Les piscines sont merveilleuses, idéal pour les familles avec enfants, mais personnellement je préfère la plage, vous n'avez qu'à traverser la rue. “Ze začátku jsem měl obavy, ale vše naštěstí dobře dopadlo. Mnozí v recenzích píšou, že je hotel starý, hlučný, špatné jídlo a nevím, co ještě. Lidi si musí uvědomit, že jedou do obrovského rezortu, kde jsou stovky, možná tisíce lidí. Hotel je přizpůsobený dětem, takže počítejte s hlukem. Pokoj jako ten náš “standart” je sice starší ale stačil. Když jedete na dovolenou, tak řešíte jen spaní, na pokoji člověk moc času netráví. Jídlo bylo super, pár věcí se opakovalo ale bylo toho tolik, že si člověk mohl vždy vybrat něco jiného. Celková čistota (pokoje, hotel, restaurace a bazény) byla taky v pořádku. Personál byl milý a ochotný se vším pomoci. Poloha hotelu je skvělá, autem jste na letišti za 10min, pláž hned přes cestu, promenáda s bary a obchody před hotelem. Máme toho s rodinou už dost procestovaného a tenhle hotel splnil vše, co jsme za tyhle peníze chtěli. Takže děkujeme!”See more reviews
