“We have just returned from a 9 night stay. The hotel location is great. Reception very polite even offered to take our cases to room, we declined as we are capable of doing ourselves. Upon entering room we was greeted with a bottle of bubbly as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Such a nice touch. I also think our room was up graded too. The room was very clean and room service was offered every day. The pool is fantastic . It is cleaned daily. All the staff were polite and friendly. We stayed half board and always had something to eat. If people say there is not enough choice then they are too picky. There is always something to eat. Its a shame Sol Sun Beach does not do all inclusive but then again it would probably be out our price range. Will we return, YES most definitely. “Hemos estado 7 días en familia muy agustito,muy cerca de la playa ,muchas tiendas y muchos restaurantes por toda la zona.Muy buena ubicacion. A la llegada ,nos decepcionamos un poco, el apartamento en el que nos alojaron NO correspondia a la reserva que habiamos hecho con la agencia.,En recepción hablamos con Inma,muy amable con nosotros desde el primer momento cosa que subrayo y le doy un 10, nos demostró que la reserva que al hotel les llegó por parte de la agencia fué diferente a lo que llevamos por escrito,mala gestión por parte de la agencia,aún asi el hotel nos reubicó en otro apartamento totalmente reformado donde la estancia ha sido mucho más agradable y hemos estado super cómodos. Les doy las gracias a Carolina,Elena la directora de hotel, y a las personas que en ese momento estaban en recepción y que nos ayudaron en todo este tema . Sigo dando las gracias y puntuación de un 10 a Carolina ,por lo comprometida y detallista que es para que los clientes seamos la prioridad en el hotel. , Coincidió el cumpleaños de mi sobrina,que es Celiaca,encargamos en recepcion una tarta y ella se encargo de buscar una pasteleria exclusiva para celiacos y nos preparó en el apartahotel una decoracion con globos,la tarta con sus velas Dos botellas de champan un platito de fruta y frutos secos ,lo cual fué una sorpresa para tod@s y en especial para mi sobrina. Felicito a Raúl,al Chef y a todo el equipo de cocina,💯estan muy pendientes de reponer lo que va faltando,y muy pendientes tmbn con mi sobrina, les han servido pan ,dulces y platos sin glutén .
