Queremos hacer una mención muy especial a María Ángeles, del equipo de camareras de pisos, cuya profesionalidad, amabilidad y dedicación han sido impecables. También queremos agradecer a Sebastián, por su cercanía, disposición y excelente trato. Siempre con una sonrisa y con la mejor recomendación o ayuda cuando la necesitábamos. Y, por supuesto, destacar al maravilloso equipo de The Level, cuya atención ha sido sobresaliente durante toda la estancia. “We had a lovely second stay at the Melia Sevilla. The pool bar and staff, including the pool attendants, are outstanding and very helpful. The level lounge is a nice relaxing space and the complimentary drinks and snacks make a real difference. We had a suite on the 9th floor and whilst the room was stunning, we could hear the adjoining room quite clearly and with respect, the guests next door were far from loud. The lunches at the pool bar are delicious and reasonably priced!”See more reviews

“My mum and I had an excellent experience at the Melia Sevilla. The staff are welcoming and couldn’t do any more for you. The room was spacious, clean and comes with an amazing view of the pool and the Plaza de España. It is definitely worth upgrading to The Level for lounge access with free snacks and drinks including alcohol from 12–8pm. The location of the hotel is also good, with approx 20-25 min walk into the centre to the Cathedral and luckily this is mostly shaded by trees so even in the hottest period it’s easy to get around on foot. The pool was a major selling point for us, as I didn’t see many other hotels in Seville with a decent pool so it’s definitely worth it for the hot afternoons. The only negative I would say is the pool bar food menu is not to our taste and they did forget our order so it took 45 mins to serve a piece of grilled chicken and a chicken club sandwich, which was fairly expensive. Overall we had a lovely experience here and would definitely stay again.”See more reviews
