“My mum and I had an excellent experience at the Melia Sevilla. The staff are welcoming and couldn’t do any more for you. The room was spacious, clean and comes with an amazing view of the pool and the Plaza de España. It is definitely worth upgrading to The Level for lounge access with free snacks and drinks including alcohol from 12–8pm. The location of the hotel is also good, with approx 20-25 min walk into the centre to the Cathedral and luckily this is mostly shaded by trees so even in the hottest period it’s easy to get around on foot. The pool was a major selling point for us, as I didn’t see many other hotels in Seville with a decent pool so it’s definitely worth it for the hot afternoons. The only negative I would say is the pool bar food menu is not to our taste and they did forget our order so it took 45 mins to serve a piece of grilled chicken and a chicken club sandwich, which was fairly expensive. Overall we had a lovely experience here and would definitely stay again.”See more reviews

Desde nuestra llegada Antonio nos ayudó gentilmente con el equipaje, la ya amiga Carmela (The Level), nos recibió ofreciéndonos toda la información para nuestra estancia demostrando su know how, Isabel en el comedor, siempre con una sonrisa, dispuesta a atender tu comanda, Inés sin cansancio y con la simpatía que le caracteriza, siempre atenta buscando la confortabilidad de todos en la piscina, etc. (gracias a todos por ser como sois) Y del HOTEL, que decir, enclave, instalaciones, limpieza, tranquilidad todo lo que un viajero desea para disfrutar de su estadía. “This hotel has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish. My friend and I have had the best time together for birthday celebrations. We received especially excellent service from Jaime and Marina. They were so kind in letting us check out a little bit later than planned. This has meant a lot to us and made our last day more relaxed. The comfort and cleanliness of this Hotel is second to none and we look forward to returning to this beautiful hotel one day.
