“We recently returned from a stay at Sol Falcó Menorca and generally enjoyed our family holiday, though our experience was a bit mixed. The resort shines when it comes to its location and family amenities. It sits in a great spot with excellent, easy proximity to the beach, which made our seaside days incredibly convenient. The resort itself is kept beautifully clean, and the housekeeping team deserves a lot of credit for keeping everything so tidy throughout our stay. Our kids absolutely loved the main swimming pool, which is fantastic for children. The only minor critique for the pool area is the water slides; they are a great feature, but we felt they would be even better and safer if they emptied into a slightly shallower pool. The resort is fantastic for families thanks to its excellent kid activities and kids' clubs. They offer a well-packed timetable throughout the day, and the different kids' clubs cater beautifully to various age groups, keeping the children thoroughly entertained and engaged. While the facilities and cleanliness were lovely, the restaurant ended up being a bit inadequate for our tastes. We found that most of the food was quite bland, and we noticed that many items seemed to be recycled and repurposed from meal to meal. They do offer a live show cooking station, which is a really nice concept, but unfortunately, the meat and fish were left a bit too raw most of the time. The overall menu felt quite generic, and we would have loved to experience more traditional Spanish food cooked with a bit more care and flavor. They did host themed dinners during our stay, but honestly, we would have preferred simple, high-quality, well-cooked everyday dishes over a themed night. Overall, it is a lovely place to stay for the location and the kids' entertainment, but the food experience definitely has room to grow.”See more reviews

“Somos clientes repetidores del Hotel Sol Falcó y este es nuestro segundo año. En general, estamos muy contentos y queremos destacar especialmente al personal, que es, sin duda, uno de los grandes valores del hotel. Son trabajadores, atentos, amables y muy profesionales. Muchos ya nos suenan del año pasado y da gusto volver y encontrarnos con caras conocidas. Creemos que el hotel debería valorar y cuidar muchísimo a su equipo, porque son una auténtica maravilla y hacen que la estancia sea mucho más agradable. El buffet también nos ha sorprendido para bien. Respecto al año pasado hemos notado una mejora clara tanto en la variedad como en la calidad de la comida. El año pasado se repetían bastante los platos y la calidad podía mejorar; este año hemos encontrado más variedad y una evolución muy positiva. Todavía hay margen de mejora, pero se nota el esfuerzo. Queremos hacer una mención muy especial a Stefano, el chef italiano. Somos bastante entendidos en restauración y especialmente en pasta, y podemos decir que es un excelente chef. Con pocos ingredientes consigue hacer una pasta espectacular. Además, es una persona seria, correcta y muy profesional, que no busca reconocimiento, simplemente hace su trabajo y lo hace de maravilla. Cuídenlo y valórenlo mucho, porque profesionales así son un verdadero valor para el hotel. Como punto a mejorar, las habitaciones necesitan algo más de renovación. Durante nuestra estancia tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado relacionado con la puerta y el técnico tuvo que estar unos 45 minutos para solucionarlo. Creemos que sería positivo invertir un poco más en la restauración de las habitaciones. En definitiva, seguimos muy satisfechos con el Hotel Sol Falcó y por eso hemos repetido. Esperamos volver y seguir viendo esta evolución. Y, sobre todo, que el hotel valore mucho a ese equipo humano tan fantástico que tiene. Pd: Cambien los shows para el año que viene, son repetidos del año pasado muchos de ellos, aún asi, merecen la pena, se observa un grandísimo trabajo y un excelente resultado por parte de los animadores, nos gustó mucho verlode nuevo, ahhh y valoramos muchísimo la adaptabilidad a nuestra petición que nos dieran una primera planta al ir con un carrito y un bebé, gracias personal de admisiones.”See more reviews
