In recognition of this high quality, Dos Cielos has already received its first Michelin star, in addition to the award for the Year's Best Restaurant for 2010, awarded by the Academia Catalana de Gastronomía.
Behind every dish there is thought and experience unique to the Torres Brothers. In their kitchen they try to transmit memories and experiences from both their professional career and their personal development, by using the best ingredients and the most exclusive products, together with the most innovative techniques.
Dos Cielos has different seasonal menus. In addition, at lunchtime, they offer a homage to the product, which varies roughly every month.
