The stipulated timefor check-in at the TRYP Higienópolis is 3pm. Check-out is until 12am.
You can check-in before the stipulated time. However, the guest must book the room the night before and an additional night will be charged. The TRYP Higienópolis also offers the possibility ofa latecheck-out, until 6pm, with a supplement of 50% of the daily price. After this time a full day will be charged.
The Meliá / Tryp hotels accept cash or credit cards (Amex, MasterCard, Visa, Diners) as forms of payment. We do not accept cheques. During check-in the guest’s credit card will be pre-authorised, as a guarantee of payment.
In the event of a cancellation not within the time period or a no-showon the date of reservation, a day’s rate will be charged. To avoid any such charge, bookings must be cancelled 24 hours before check-in. Cancellation policies may vary with promotional rates.

The extra bed service has a charge for children over the age of 7 and for adults.
Children under the age of 6 can stay at the hotel free of charge when they sleep in their parents’ bed.
NOTE: In accordance with Article 82 of the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited for children and adolescents to stayin hotels, motels or similar establishments unless they are authorized to do so or accompanied by their parents or guardians. In the event that a child is accompanied by their parents or guardians, documents must be presented to prove this relationship during check-in. If a person has no direct relationship with the child or has a relationship of a different kind (uncle, cousin, grandparent, etc.), authorisation by the child’s parents must be presented during check-in with a notarized signature.
Pets can stay at the hotel with their owners in the Premium rooms. When you make the reservation, please inform us that you wish to use this service. Owners are responsible for any possible damage to furniture or bedding. Service with charge.
